Tanya M. Rodecker Wendt

Attorney Tanya Rodecker Wendt has spent her career focusing her practice on litigating personal injury, business disputes, legal malpractice, and insurance bad faith cases.

Ms. Rodecker Wendt is licensed to practice and in good standing in Missouri state courts, Kansas state courts, the U.S. Western District Court of Missouri, and the U.S. District Court of Kansas.

Ms. Rodecker Wendt received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she participated in the Legal Aid Clinic.

Ms. Rodecker Wendt is active in the Kansas City legal community where she a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA), the Kansas City Association of Women Lawyers (AWL), and the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations.

Ms. Rodecker Wendt is currently serving as a mentor in the Denise Henning Connections program through AWL.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Rodecker Wendt enjoys giving back to her community by supporting numerous charities, including volunteering for Reach Out and Read Kansas City and Women’s Employment Network.
