Jessica Agnelly Krawczyk Joins Wendt Law Firm P.C.; Grows Personal Injury Practice

Wendt Law Firm P.C., a leading personal injury law firm, announced today it has hired Jessica Agnelly Krawczyk to join its legal practice in Kansas City, Missouri.

Formerly with a nationally recognized products liability firm, Ms. Agnelly Krawczyk has spent her career representing individuals who have been injured by defective products and pharmaceuticals and the families of those individuals who have been killed by such products.  In 2011-12, Jessica was the lead attorney in an auto collision lawsuit settlement and was an integral part of several other cases involving defective products, truck accidents, and automobile crashes.

Recently, Jessica was the lead attorney in a large trucking settlement in which her client suffered a traumatic brain injury when he was struck by a tractor-trailer truck.

Jessica received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.  During law school, Jessica clerked for The Hon. Scott O. Wright, United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

After law school, Jessica moved to our nation’s capital and clerked for The Hon. Michael W. Farrell at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals before returning to Kansas City to clerk for The Hon. Ronald R. Holliger at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District in Kansas City, Clerk.

Jessica has been recognized by Super Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers as a top practitioner in the field of personal injury law.
